TUNA PATTIES WITH RANCH DRESSING
I got this recipe from a Starkist tuna recipe booklet and it's so good. I think the Ranch dressing and cheese make them extra good.

Steps:
- Set aside 3/4 cup of the breadcrumbs.
- Combine all ingredients, except oil and reserved breadcrumbs.
- Form 8 patties, coating each side with the reserved bread crumbs.
- Heat appx.
- 1 tbl.
- oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook 4 patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- You may need to add additional oil when you're frying them.
- Add more oil and cook remaining 4 tuna patties.
- Serve immediately.

- Heat oven to 450°F. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and boiling water until soft dough forms. Gather dough into a ball.
- Place dough on surface lightly dusted with Bisquick mix. Roll dough into 13-inch round. Place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan; pinch edge to form 1/2-inch rim. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light brown.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix tuna, dressing and onions. Spread tuna mixture over crust. Arrange tomato and cheese slices alternately in a pinwheel pattern on tuna mixture. Bake 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
