OREO RICE KRISPIE TREATS
Oreo fans will go crazy over this recipe for Oreo rice krispie treats. Each bite is ooey and gooey with bits of oreo cookies. So delicious!

Steps:
- Spray a 9X13 pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the Oreos in a large ziplock bag and gently crush them into large chunks with a rolling pin.
- Melt the butter and marshmallows in a large microwave safe bowl. Heat it in 30 second increments and stir between each one until fully meted.
- Once it's melted, mix in the Rice Krispie cereal until completely coated.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos.
- Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Use a piece of wax to press the Rice Krispies into the bottom of the pan. I spray the wax paper with a non-stick spray so that it doesn't stick to the wax paper.
- Allow to cool completely before serving. Slice, serve and enjoy!

- In a microwave or in a large saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows and oil; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in cereal and 1 cup chopped Oreos. Press mixture into a lightly-greased 13x9-in. baking pan using wax paper or a lightly-greased spatula. Cool to room temperature. Spread melted white baking chips on top; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup chopped Oreos. Cut into bars.

Steps:
- Melt the butter in a medium-sized pot over low heat.
- Add in half of the marshmallows. Continue to cook on low heat for a few minutes or until melted, while stirring frequently.
- Pour the cereal and vanilla over the marshmallow and butter mixture and stir until almost completely combined.
- Take off heat and fold in chopped Oreos and second half of marshmallows until equally distributed throughout the mixture. You don't want to completely melt the second half of the marshmallows.
- Pour into a parchment-lined or greased 9x13-inch baking pan and gently press until it reaches the edges.
- Set the treats aside to cool completely before slicing into bars and serving.

Steps:
- Mix crushed oreos and rice crispies.
- Melt butter and marshmellows in microwave (1 minute, stir, put back in for another 30 seconds).
- Pour butter marshmellows into oreos and rice crispies and mix. Once it cools a bit, it is easiest to do with your hands.
- Press into 8 x 10 pan. Let sit about 30 minutes before eating.
