Thick, chewy, amazing Oreo Bars made with Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter (, softened)
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
6 Oreo cookies (, chopped)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8'' baking pan (or line with parchment paper).
  • Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt to a small bowl and stir to combine.
  • To a large mixing bowl add butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Beat with electric mixers (or in your stand mixer) until well creamed together, about 3 minutes. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
  • Add dry ingredients and mix just until incorporated. Stir in Oreos and white chocolate chips. Press dough into pan.
  • Bake for about 18-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

30 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®), crushed
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
2 tablespoons powdered sugar, or more as needed

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  • Mix cookies, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, flour, butter, and vanilla together in a large bowl. Fold in coconut. Press mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.

34 Oreo cookies, divided
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 (7 1/2 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Steps:

  • Coarsely chop 8 cookies; set aside.
  • Finely crush remaining 26 cookies.
  • Mix finely crushed cookies and butter in bowl.
  • Press firmly in bottom of greased 8x8x2 inch or 9x9-inch baking pan.
  • Place marshmallow creme over crust to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts and chopped cookies over marshmallow layer, pressing gently.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes or until marshmallow creme puffs slightly.
  • Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  • Cut into triangles or squares to serve.

34 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
3 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Coarsely chop 8 of the cookies; set aside. Finely crush remaining 26 cookies; mix with butter. Press crumb mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 9-inch square baking pan.
  • Top crust evenly with dollops of marshmallow creme, leaving 1/2-inch border around all sides. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate, walnuts and chopped cookies; press lightly into crust.
  • Bake 15 min. or until marshmallow creme just begins to brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting into bars to serve.
