- 1. Chop up oreos (approx. 3 rows) and blend until fine. A food processor works great!
- 2. Add cream cheese to oreo crumbs and blend until a dough forms. Chill this for 15 minutes.
- 3. Roll into little balls and chill the oreo balls for another 15 minutes.
- 4. You may either melt the white chocolate in a double broiler or follow the microwave instructions.
- 5. Dip the chilled oreo balls into the melted chocolate and coat the entire ball. Place them into mini cupcake wrappers or onto waxed paper to set.
- 6. You may now add sprinkles. Keep Refrigerated :)

- Using a food processor or blender, grind cookies to a ground coffee texture.
- Knead cream cheese and cookies until thoroughly mixed.
- Make large ball and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
- Roll into walnut size balls and place on wax paper.
- Place in freezer for 45 minutes.
- In double-boiler, melt white almond bark.
- Use a toothpick to dip balls in white almond bark and coat thoroughly.
- Place on wax-paper.
- Let cool.
- Store in an airtight container, in refrigerator.

- RESERVE 1 tablespoons chopped candy. Mix remaining candy with cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.

- 1. Add oreos to food processor and blend until fine.
- 2. Add cream cheese to oreo crumbs and blend until dough-like.
- 3. Chill mixture for 15 minutes then roll into bite-size balls. Chill balls for 15 minutes.
- 4. Melt almond bark in microwave according to package directions. Dip chilled oreo balls in melted chocolate using fork so chocolate can "drip off". Set covered cookie balls onto waxed paper and let set aprox. 30 minutes. If using sprinkles or decorative sugars do so before chocolate sets. I usually do a dozen at a time sprinkling after each dozen.
