4 (1 ounce) squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
¼ cup butter
1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
12 OREO Cookies, coarsely crushed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Prepare cake batter and bake in 2 (9-inch) round pans as directed on package. Cool cakes in pans 10 min. Invert onto wire racks; gently remove pans. Cool cakes completely.
  • Microwave chocolate and butter in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool 5 min. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP and crushed cookies.
  • Place 1 cake layer on plate, spread with cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cake layer. Spread top with chocolate glaze; let stand 10 min. or until firm. Keep refrigerated.

250g self raising flour
250g light brown soft sugar
50g cocoa
250g dark chocolate
250g butter
4 eggs
154g pack of Oreo cookies
250g butter
3-400g sifted icing sugar
few drops vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons milk

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 160C/fan 140C/gas 3. Grease and line 2x20cm sandwich tins.
  • Mix the flour, sugar and cocoa together. Melt the chocolate and butter and 200 ml water together over a low heat, then beat this along with the eggs into the dry ingredients.
  • Pour into the two sandwich tins, and bake for approximately 40 mins, until well risen, and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. Transfer to wire racks and allow to cool.
  • While the cake is cooling, make the buttercream. Beat the butter until creamy, then add 300g of the icing sugar and vanilla. Mix well. An electric mixer is really useful here! You may find the mixture a bit dry - if so, add a tablespoon of milk at a time. If the mixture is too wet, add a little more icing sugar.
  • Blitz all but one of the cookies in a food processor. Mix half of the cookie crumbs into the buttercream, and reserve the other half.
  • Spread the butter icing between the two cakes, and over the top of them when sandwiched together.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs over the top. You could add mini oreos to decorate of you like!
  • Eat the reserved cookie with a glass of milk, to reward yourself for all your hard work!

1 ¼ cups milk

1 pint heavy whipping cream
¼ cup fresh raspberries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Place 24 cookies in a zip top bag and seal it. Finely crush the cookies with a rolling pin. Transfer cookie crumbs to a mixing bowl. Drizzle melted butter over the crumbs; mix well. Press crumbs on the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan, forming a crust.
  • Pour milk into a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin on the milk; let stand 1 minute. Place pan over low heat; stir milk until gelatin dissolves, about 3 minutes. Add white chocolate chips; stir until melted, about 3 minutes. Refrigerate until mixture is slightly thickened, about 30 minutes.

2 egg yolks

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a deep 10-inch round cake pan.
  • Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, 1 to 3 minutes. Let cool.
  • Combine sugar and butter in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until fluffy and well combined. Mix in cooled chocolate. Beat in eggs and egg yolks, one at a time. Mix in 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.

This big ole "cookie" is easy and inexpensive enough to make any old night of the week and appears elegant enough to be the Grande Finale of a birthday meal. Beware dieters, weight watchers, diabetics, and health food eaters, this is NOT FOR YOU...unless you just wanna splurge a bit!

1 (18 ounce) box betty crocker devil's food cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 1/3 cups water
8 ounces cream cheese, softened

12 Oreo cookies or 12 other chocolate sandwich style cookies, coarsely chopped
1 cup chocolate frosting (from a can is fine)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare the cake mix with the oil, water, and eggs. Bake in two 9-in cake pans per directions on the box.
  • While cake is baking, cream the sugar and softened cream cheese together until fluffy. Fold in the cool whip and crushed cookies. Set aside.
  • Cool cakes completely.
  • To assemble, place one cake, top side down, on the plate. Spread cream cheese "middle" on the top. Top the middle with the second cake, top side down. Place the one cup of chocolate frosting in the microwave just long enough to soften to make it easier to spread. Let cool just a second if too runny. Spread on the top of the cake, but not the sides.

  • 1. Mix cake mix, milk, eggs and pudding mix. Place half of the batter in greased bundt pan.

1/4 c vegetable oil
1 c sour cream
3 large eggs

12 coarsley chopped Oreo's
CAKE TOPPING
1 c of previous whipping cream filling
8 coarsely chopped Oreo's
1 jar(s) hot fudge sauce, warmed

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cake mix, sour cream, milk, oil, and eggs together on low for 1 minute. After 1 minute, scrape down sides and mix batter an additional 2 minutes.
  • 2. Divide batter between the two 9 inch pans. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 3. Remove cakes and place them on a cooling rack to completely cool.
  • 4. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • 5. Beat sugar and cream cheese together until smooth.
  • 6. Fold whipping cream and Oreo's into cream cheese mixture.
  • 7. Reserve 1 cup of the whipping cream mixture to use on top of the cake.
  • 8. To assemble the cake, place one cake on a tray. Top with remaining whipped cream. Then add the second cake. Frost cake with the cup of reserved whipped cream. You can either frost the entire cake or just frost the top of the cake with the whipped cream. Warm-up some hot fudge sauce and drizzle around the edges of the cake. Crush more Oreo's and place them on top of the cake. Take the Oreo halves and place them around the edge as decorations.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease sides and bottom of pans. Blend together cake mix, oil, water, eggs, sour cream, and pudding mix. Beat at low speed (for 30 seconds). Bake for 30-35 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean). Baking time may vary based on size of pan. Crush Oreo cookies (best with food processor) and stir in cream cheese until fully blended. This will be a very thick "filling". After cake has cooled, spread Oreo filling between layers as you stack. Again, it's very thick so you might have to use your hands to help spread it onto cake. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt together butter, sugar, and evaporated milk. Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and stir in chocolate chips. Remove from heat and pour over cake (fudge sets up quickly) and garnish with chocolate chips! Enjoy!

  • HEAT oven to: 350°F / 176°C / Gas Mark 4
  • PREPARE cake batter and bake in 2 (9-inch) round pans as directed on package. Cool cakes in pans 10 min. Invert onto wire racks; gently remove pans. Cool cakes completely.
  • MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool 5 min. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP and crushed cookies.
  • PLACE 1 cake layer on plate, spread with cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cake layer. Spread top with chocolate glaze; let stand 10 min. or until firm. Keep refrigerated.

Oreo filling
1/3 cup Oreos, crushed (about 10 whole Oreos)
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Chocolate bundt
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
12 tablespoons natural cocoa powder
3/4 cup water, boiling
3 ounces quality bittersweet chocolate, chopped
3/4 cups buttermilk
3/4 cups butter, melted and cooled to warm
1 2/3 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
Icing
1 cup of confectioner sugar
2 tablespoon of milk
1 tablespoon of crushed Oreos

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover bundt pan with bake spray and lightly coat with cocoa powder. To make the filling Place Oreos in a food processor bowl and pulse until crumbled. Alternately, place Oreo is a Ziploc bag and use a rolling to crushed. Set aside 1 tablespoon of crushed Oreos for icing. Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat until combined. Transfer filling to a pastry bag and place in refrigerator until ready for use. To make chocolate bundt cake Place flour, baking soda and salt and whisk to comibine. Set aside. In a heat proof bowl, add cocoa and whisk in boiling water. Add in chopped chocolate and whisk until combined. Add in buttermilk and whisk until combined. Place melted butter and and sugar in a bowl and mix to combine. Add in eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and beat until combined. Using a sturdy spatula or a wooden spoon, fold flour into wet mixture in 3 batches, alternating with cocoa mixture. Pour half of batter into pan and then pipe Oreo filling on top. Pour remaining batter on top of Oreo filling. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 50-60 minutes or until inserted cake tester comes out almost clean. Remove from the oven and set on a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes. Place a wire cooling rack on top of the cake and carefully turn over - remove the pan and let cool completely. To make icing Add confectioner sugar and milk into a bowl and whisk to combine. Add more milk as needed to thin icing to preferred consistency. Assembly Pour icing over bundt cake and sprinkle remaining Oreo crumbs on top.

This is a very easy recipe that can be made by using leftover cakes. You want believe the deference Oreo biscuits and coffee cream make. This is one of my husband's favourite deserts.

  • Crush Oreo biscuits into small chunks
  • Lightly whip double cream while adding icing sugar
  • Pour coffee to the cream mixture and fold gently with a spatula
  • Layer a glass bowl with a half of the chocolate cake crumbles
  • Then spread a half of the Oreo biscuits chunks onto the cake crumbles layer
  • Layer a half of the coffee cream mixture on biscuits chunks and smooth with a spatula
  • Now layer the rest of the chocolate cake crumbles
  • Then spread the remaining Oreo biscuit chunks on top
  • Spread rest of the cream mixture and smooth with a spatula
  • Finally sprinkle some roasted hazelnuts on top
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
