Steps:
- In a bowl, whisk the first 5 ingredients. In another bowl, whisk egg, cheese, milk, orange zest, orange juice, melted butter and vanilla until blended. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened., Lightly grease a griddle; heat over medium heat. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto griddle. Cook until bubbles on top begin to pop and bottoms are golden brown. Turn; cook until second side is golden brown. If desired, serve with syrup and confectioners' sugar.

Whisk the egg, milk, orange juice, oil and vanilla until blended; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. , Pour batter by 1/3 cupfuls onto a hot griddle coated with cooking spray. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until second side is golden brown., Meanwhile, for syrup, combine the sugar, cornstarch and orange juice in a saucepan until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Serve warm with pancakes.

This comes from the Red Lion B&B website. These can be made OAMC. Just make the waffles then flash freeze them (individually) before putting them in ziplock bags. Label and date. To reheat, put in the toaster or microwave.
