ORANGE SODA CUPCAKES
The addition of orange soda gives this batch of cupcakes a "pop" in flavor!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
- In medium bowl, beat all ingredients with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl occasionally. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cupcake comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Remove cupcakes from pan; place on cooling rack to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost with desired frosting.

- In large bowl, beat dry cake mix and carbonated beverage with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping side of bowl. Divide batter among cups.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to cooling rack to cool completely, about 1 hour. If desired, frost with Betty Crocker™ frosting.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Beat together cake mix, eggs, oil, orange crush, jello, orange food coloring and orange extract. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes until well blended.
- Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full. Bake for 17 - 18 minute or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and remove from baking tin, cool completely.
