1 shallot, peeled
1 garlic clove, peeled
3 tablespoons orange juice (fresh is better)
3 tablespoons mellow white miso
2 tablespoons tahini
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup water

Steps:

  • Place the shallot and garlic clove in food processor and pulse until they are minced. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse to combine. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Steps:

  • Combine miso, orange zest and juice, oil, ginger, rice vinegar and mirin (if using) in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.
