1 tablespoon water
1 envelope unsweetened orange Kool-Aid mix
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
1 ounce white baking chocolate, melted

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the water and Kool-Aid mix until dissolved. Stir in orange juice. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and orange mixture until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Spread into crust. Chill for at least 1 hour or until set. , Drizzle white chocolate onto dessert plates; top with a piece of pie. Refrigerate leftovers.

Yum with a capital Y! This pie reminds me of the orange/vanilla ice cream treat I loved as a kid. The Dream Whip makes the pie airy and creamy. Super simple, this is a perfect dessert when you're looking for something light and fruity.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can(s) mandarin oranges; 8.5 oz.
1 pkg orange gelatin; 3 oz.
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding; 3.4 oz.
2 c milk
2 pkg Dream Whip
1 tsp vanilla
1 graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. Drain juice from oranges. You will need 3/4 cup of liquid; add enough water to measure that. Bring liquid to a boil and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
  • 2. Mix 2 envelopes of Dream Whip with 1 cup of the milk and beat for 6 minutes or until stiff peaks hold.
  • 3. Be sure that the gelatin is cool and beat into Dream Whip mixture.
  • 4. Add remaining cup of milk to the pudding and beat for 2 minutes. Then fold into the Dream Whip mixture.
  • 5. Pour into graham cracker crust and let it chill for 4 hours or overnight.

1 tablespoon orange juice

1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
9 inches graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the water and koolaid until dissolved. Stir in orange juice.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and koolaid mixture until fluffy.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Spread into crust.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour or until set.
  • Garnish as desired.

2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1-3/4 cups cold milk
1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 ready-to-use chocolate flavor crumb crust (6 oz.)

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Add juice concentrate; beat 1 min. or until blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

1 roll Ritz Crackers
1 stick butter, melted
1 small tub Cool Whip
1 can eagle brand condensed milk
1 small can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 large can mandarin oranges (save a few orange segments to place on top with remaining crackers)

Steps:

  • Place Ritz Crackers in a Ziploc baggie and crush to a pea size. Take out 2 handfuls and set aside. Place the crushed crackers in a bowl and pour melted butter over the crackers and mix well. Place mixture in a 13x9 inch buttered pan and press crackers down firmly in bottom of pan.
  • In another bowl mix Cool Whip and eagle brand milk together until blended. Add orange juice and mandarin oranges. Mix well and pour mixture over the crackers. Top with the remaining crackers and a few of the saved orange segments.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours until set. (Overnight is better.)
