One-Pan Pasta and Meatballs image

Four ingredients is all you need for an easy Italian night!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup water
1 jar (25.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic pasta sauce (any flavor)
1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
20 frozen cooked Italian-style or regular meatballs (1 inch)
1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
Grated Parmesan cheese, if desired

Steps:

  • In 10-inch skillet, heat water and pasta sauce to boiling. Stir in macaroni, meatballs and olives. Return to boiling.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.

1 cup water
25 1/2 ounces pasta sauce, Muir Glen organic (any flavor)
1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
20 frozen italian style meatballs, cooked (1 inch)
2 1/4 ounces olives, sliced and drained
parmesan cheese, Grated if desired and to taste

Steps:

  • Using a 10 inch skillet bring water and pasta sauce to a boil. Add macaroni, meatballs, olives and return to a boil.
  • Lower heat to medium and cover skillet. Cook approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until macaroni is tender. Sprinkle cheese if using and serve immediately.

Creamy Macaroni & Cheese with Mini Meatballs image

FOR THE MNIN MEATBALLS
1-1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c dry bread crumbs (plain)
1 large egg
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp dried parsley
FOR THE PASTA
2 c milk
1/4 c butter
1/4 c all purpose flour
salt to taste
1 dash(es) white pepper
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb dry macaroni noodles
EXTRA
3 Tbsp fresh chopped parsely (optional)
1 small roma tomato, seeded and finely diced (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil. (If using aluminum foil, spray with a bit of cooking spray.)
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all meat ball ingredients. Shape into 3/4 inch to 1 inch meat balls. about half the size of an average frozen meatball. Place each meatball evenly on parchment lined pan. Allow plenty of time to make mini meat balls. This step is a bit time consuming.
  • 3. Bake meatballs in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • 4. Meanwhile, cook macaroni noodles according to package directions. Set aside and keep warm if needed.
  • 5. In a deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add all purpose flour and mix thoroughly with the melted butter for 1 minute.
  • 6. Pour milk into skillet and add cheese, salt & white pepper. Stir until thickened and bubbly about 10-15 minutes. Stir in pasta and cooked meatballs.
  • 7. Plate and garnish with a bit of fresh chopped parsley and/or diced fresh tomato if desired.
