ONE PAN GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE BAKE RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Cut broccoli and potatoes into small pieces and place on either side of a sheet tray.
- Place two whole chicken breasts in the middle of the sheet tray. Drizzle the vegetables and chicken with olive oil (all but 1 tablespoon).
- Drizzle the vegetables and chicken with olive oil (all but 1 tablespoon).
- In a small bowl, blend the salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
- Evenly sprinkle the spice mixture over the veggies and both sides of the chicken. (TIP! Save any excess spice mix for next time.)
- Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
- Lightly mix the veggies on the pan with your hands to coat with the spices.
- Rub the top of the chicken breast with crushed garlic, then sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165ºF (75ºC).

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190˚C).
- Combine flour with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper in a wide bowl. Crack egg into another bowl, whisk it, and place breadcrumbs into a third bowl.
- Coat chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat 1½ teaspoons olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breast until crispy and golden, about 3 minutes on each side. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
- Add remaining olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and eggplant to pan and cook until tender, about 3 minutes.
- Add remaining salt, pepper, and crushed tomatoes. Remove pan from heat, top with chicken breast, and place mozzarella on top.
- Bake until cheese is melted, about 12 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped basil.

ONE PAN LEMON PARMESAN CHICKEN AND ASPARAGUS

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside
- Grab three bowls. Add flour to one bowl. In another bowl, combine panko, 1//2 fresh grated parmesan cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, about 1/2 teaspoon each of salf and pepper.
- In the 3rd bowl, add 1-2 teaspoons lemon zest, 4-5 T lemon juice (depending on lemon flavor intensity desired), minced garlic, and 5 T melted butter. Stir, Remove 4 T of this mixture and set aside
- Slice chicken breasts to the size of tenders (about 1 and 1/4 inch strips) o use chicken tenders
- Coat in flour, heavily dredge in garlic lemon mixture, and then coat in the Parmean panko mixture
- Place on prepared sheet pan. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over the tenders. Use any remaining Parmesan panko mixture and sprinkle over tenders
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes and remove. Fli the tenders to the other side
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165F
- Meanwhile, whisk remaining 3 T melted butter, 3 T lemon juice, 1-2 t lemon zest, 3 T olive oil, and 3 T honey in a small bowl. Add some pepper and parsley if desired
- Remove from the oven and top with the honey lemon mixture and fresh parsley if desired and eat immediately
ONE PAN CRISPY PARMESAN GARLIC CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray cooking spray in a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a shallow dish melt butter. In another shallow dish add bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Salt and pepper the chicken. Dip into the butter and then coat in the parmesan garlic crumbs. Lay in 9x13 pan.
- In a medium sized bowl add zucchini, yellow squash, and potatoes. Toss in the olive oil. Add some salt and pepper and remaining parmesan garlic bread coating. Lay on the sides of chicken in the pan.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked throughout and vegetables are tender.
ONE-PAN CHICKEN PARMESAN

- Preheat the broiler to high. Heat the oil in an ovenproof frying pan and fry the chicken over a high heat until browned all over. Add the dried herbs and passata and season well with salt and pepper, then add the zucchini spaghetti and warm through until a little softened.
- Mix the cheeses with the breadcrumbs and scatter all over the top of the pan. Pop under the broiler for 4 to 5 minutes until golden and bubbling.

- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil. Fold additional 12-inch-long sheet of foil, then place on prepared baking sheet to divide into 2 sections as shown in photo. Spray prepared baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cut 2 cheese slices in half, then cut lengthwise slit in thickest side of each chicken breast. Fill each slit with 1 basil leaf, 3 tomato strips and 1 cheese piece, folded in half.
- Pour pasta sauce onto smallest section of prepared baking sheet; top with chicken. Reserve 2 Tbsp. aioli for later use; brush remaining aioli onto chicken. Combine cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan; sprinkle over chicken.
- Place broccolini on other side of prepared baking sheet. Add remaining Parmesan and reserved aioli; mix lightly. Place GOLDEN CRINKLES next to broccolini.
- Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and GOLDEN CRINKLES are crisp and golden brown. Top chicken with remaining cheese slices; bake 5 min. or until melted. Meanwhile, chop remaining basil leaves.
- Sprinkle chopped basil over chicken before serving with the broccolini and GOLDEN CRINKLES.
