ONE-DISH MICROWAVE SPAGHETTI
Quick and easy comfort food. Complete meal on it's own, but garlic bread and a tossed salad make great additions.

Steps:
- Crumble ground beef into a microwave-safe casserole; add garlic salt& onion.
- Microwave on high until no longer pink (about 4 minutes); stirring once.
- Drain; stir to break meat into smaller pieces.
- Add tomato sauce, water, mushrooms, remaining seasonings and spaghetti.
- Cover with casserole lid; microwave for 10-12 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring twice.
- Let stand 5 minutes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Very easy! A little spicy, but great flavor! Please note... do not add more spaghetti than the recipe calls for, because it has the perfect amount of juices to cook the spaghetti.

- In a 2-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish, combine the beef, onion and garlic. Cover and microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes; stir to crumble meat. Cook 1-2 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomato sauce, water, salt and oregano. Cover and microwave on high for 2-1/2 minutes., Stir in the spaghetti; toss to coat. - In a large, heavy pot over medium heat, saute the beef until it is browning in places and no longer pink -3 or 4 minutes.
- Add the sauce and cook, stirring, for a minute or two, then stir in the salt, sugar, olive oil, water, pasta, and greens.
- Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil, then turn the heat down to low, cover the pot, and simmer gently - stirring frequently so that the bottom doesn't scorch -for 10 or so minutes, until the pasta is tender.
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
