4 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Steps:

  • Microwave chocolate and milk in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Add nuts and vanilla; mix well. Spread into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Line an 8x8 inch square dish with aluminum foil.
  • Chop chocolate and place in a large, microwave safe bowl with condensed milk. Microwave on high, stirring once or twice until chocolate is soft, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from oven and stir until completely smooth. Stir in vanilla and walnuts. Spread in prepared pan.

1 ½ cups chopped pecans

EZ yummy fudge recipe my Mother gave me. The hardest part is waiting 2 hours for it to set in the refrigerator. You can substitute the semi-sweet chocolate for milk chocolate, if you prefer, requiring 16 oz. of milk chocolate chips. Also vary the recipe by adding chopped nuts and 2 cups of miniature marshmallows to create "Rocky Road Fudge"...mmmmmm good! I hope you enjoy this.

1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Steps:

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa (sifted)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 cup milk or 1 cup half-and-half cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup salad oil (use Canola or vegetable oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla (can use 2 teaspoons)
1 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line 12 regular size muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, sifted baking cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon (if using); mix with a wooden spoon to combine.
  • In a two-cup measuring cup or bowl whisk together the milk, egg, oil and vanilla.

1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup evaporated milk
4 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. Mix corn syrup and evaporated milk in large saucepan until blended. Add chocolate; cook on medium-low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.

SPread in foil lined 8"" square pan. Refrigerate until firm. cut into squares. Makes 4 doz Rocky Road Fudge-add 2 C mini marshmallows with vanilla and nuts. White Chocolate layered Fudge-Before refrigerating fudge, melt 1 pkg-6 squares-white chocolate. Stir in 1/2 C sweetened condensed milk. Spread over fudge in pan. Refrigerate as directed Peanut Butter Fudge-omit nuts. Drop 1/2 C peanut butter by teaspoonfuls on top of fudge. Swirl with knife to marbleize.
