1-2 box brownie mix
1 can(s) condensed milk
1 c cocoanut
1/2 c nuts
1 Tbsp flour
1 egg

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 13x9" pan
  • 2. Prepare brownie mix as directed. Pour 1/2 of the batter into greased pan, reserving rest
  • 3. Filling: Mix coconut, condensed milk, flour, 1 egg and nuts. Spread over brownie layer in pan
  • 4. Spread remaining prepared brownie batter on top of the filling.
  • 5. Bake 35-40 minutes or until firm in the center. Then cool and enjoy!

  • Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of a 9x13" pan.
  • Prepare brownie mix as directed. Pour half the batter into greased pan, reserving the rest.
  • Mix coconut, condensed milk, flour, 1 egg and nuts for filling. Spread over the brownie layer in the pan. Spread remaining prepared brownie batter on top of the filling.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes or til firm in the center. Cool before cutting.

FILLING:
1 box brownie mix
1 small (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sweetened coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tablespoon flour
1 egg

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix brownies according to package directions. Pour 1/2 mixture into greased 8x8 or 9x9-inch pan. Mix together the filling ingredients. Spread filling over first layer of brownies. Spread remaining brownie mix on top of filling layer. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm in center (follow bake time suggestions on brownie mix). Allow to cool. Garnish with additional coconut. For easy clean up, line the bottom of pan with parchment paper. Do not grease the sides of the brownie pan, only grease the bottom.

1 cup butter, melted
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten
1/3 cup rum
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
1 package (10 to 12 ounces) white baking chips
1-1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1-1/2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped
1 teaspoon shortening
1 ounce white candy coating, melted

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, stir the butter, brown sugar, eggs, rum and vanilla until well blended. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture. Stir in 2 cups chocolate chips, white chips, coconut and nuts., Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack., In a microwave, melt shortening with remaining chocolate chips; drizzle over bars. Drizzle candy coating over bars. Store in an airtight container.
