BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE
This hearty broccoli rice casserole is my usual choice to make for a potluck. With the green of the broccoli and the rich cheese sauce, it's pretty to serve, and it makes a tasty side dish for almost any kind of meat. -Margaret Mayes, La Mesa, California

THE ABSOLUTE BEST BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
this broccoli casserole is a step up from the traditional rice and american cheese-- the added garlic cheese spread just sets it off. It's been a favorite requested dish from in-laws and ex-laws for over 25 years!! the next time you're asked to bring a dish, give this one a try and you'll see what I mean.

AWESOME BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE
My mom used to make this easy recipe every Thanksgiving when I was little. We kids could never get enough! It was our very favorite Thanksgiving vegetable. If you have children, or have some coming to visit you as guests this Thanksgiving, I guarantee that they will eat (and enjoy) this veggie dish! Even though I rarely cook with canned condensed soups, I still make this yummy broccoli casserole during the holiday season. It's fabulous with a Christmas ham and potatoes au gratin too. Mmmmmmm!
