MOM'S NOODLES ROMANOFF
Do you remember those boxes of Noodles Romanoff Mom used to make? This is a vintage recipe that your family will love as much as you did. Tender egg noodles are baked in a sour cream and cheese sauce to gooey deliciousness! Perfect next to a thick slice of meatloaf.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Butter a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bring salted water to boil in a large saucepan.
- Add the noodles and cook until tender.
- Drain.
- Mix the sour cream, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, cottage cheese, onion, 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, and hot sauce in a large bowl.
- Combine noodles with the sour cream mixture, stirring gently.
- Spoon into the casserole dish.
- Top with 1/4 cup reserved Cheddar cheese.
- Bake until heated through and gooey, about 20 minutes.
- Top with fresh parsley before serving if desired.

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions in the boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- Mix together the soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, chile oil and garlic in a small pitcher. Set aside.
- Add the butter to a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the butter has melted, add the mushrooms and cook until thoroughly browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in the sauce and stir to combine. Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the noodles and toss to combine. Sprinkle over the green onions and give one final toss. Serve.

- Boil noodles in salted water until done. Follow noodle package directions for the time. Drain noodles and return them to the pot. Add butter. Stir until melted in the noodles. Add all remaining ingredients and serve hot. If you have any leftovers, reheat them with a tablespoon or 2 of milk, as the cheese mixture soaks into the noodles.

- In a large pot with boiling salted water cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain.
- In a large bowl mix together the sour cream, 1/4 cup of the grated Parmesan cheese, chives, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic.
- Stir in butter or margarine to hot egg noodles. Stir in sour cream mixture.
- Arrange noodles on warm platter and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.

- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain., Meanwhile, toss beef with oil, salt and pepper. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat; saute half the beef until browned, 2-3 minutes.
