1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 head iceberg lettuce

Steps:

  • In a skillet, brown the ground turkey,.
  • Heat the spaghetti sauce and add turkey.
  • Make an Iceberg Salad with your favorite ingredients AND Italian (vinegar/oil) dressing.
  • Toss the salad into the spaghetti sauce.
  • Heat the sauce some more and serve medium hot.
  • Yummy!

My Sil gave me this recipe years ago and it's always a hit. Sometimes I add more spices and more cheese than the recipe calls for.. Served with a salad, garlic toast you can't go wrong.. Also You can use cheddar or colby cheese whatever your preference is.

1 lb spaghetti
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) package grated cheddar cheese
garlic powder

Steps:

  • Saute chopped green pepper, onion in margarine or butter until soft.
  • Cook spaghetti and drain.
  • Grease a casserole dish well and put drained spaghetti, onion, green pepper, garlic powder, tomato soup, tomato sauce and grated cheese in casserole.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour.

1 1/2 lbs hard salami, cubed
1/2 lb low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, cubed
2 (8 ounce) jars artichoke hearts
1 (8 ounce) can black olives
1 (6 ounce) jar green olives
2 stalks celery, diced
1 small white onion, diced (optional)
12 baby carrots
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium yellow bell pepper
Italian salad dressing

Steps:

  • Cube salami and Mozzarella cheese.
  • Drain and rinse artichoke hearts, black and green olives; drain well.
  • Dice celery and onion.
  • Cut baby carrots into small strips.
  • Cut red and yellow bell peppers into narrow strips.
  • In a large sealed container, mix all ingredients well.
  • Pour Italian salad dressing over mixture; seal and shake well.
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours, shaking well every hour or so.
  • Serve with a baguette.
