Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup oats (gluten-free if desired)
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground flax
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup dried apples (can also use fresh)
2 tablespoons water

Steps:

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  • Roll into balls. EAT!
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.

Number Of Ingredients 10

5 apples, sliced
1 1/2 cups water
1 (3 ounce) package sugar-free lemon gelatin
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (8 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
1 cup water
4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup whipped cream topping
1 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, mix apples, water, gelatin, nutmeg and cinnamon until it reaches a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 4 to 6 minutes. Mix dry pudding mix and 1 cup water. Combine with apple mixture. Cook until thick. Remove from heat. Pour graham cracker crumbs on bottom of a 9 x 9 dish. Even out. Pour filling over the crumbs. Top with whipped cream and powdered sugar. Chill for at least 3 hours before cutting into bite sized pieces.
