CAPTAIN RODNEY'S CHEESE DIP
Captain Rodneys Dip, also known as a Cheese Bake, is a CREAMY, CHEESY, BACON-Y dip with a SWEET and SPICY twist.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to combine until smooth.
- Add in the cheddar cheese. Mix to combine.
- Add 1/2 cup Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze, green onions, and half the bacon to the cheese mixture. Mix to combine.
- Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate or similar size baking dish.
- Top with cracker crumbs.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the crackers are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining 1/4 cup Captain Rodney's Pepper Jelly, and top with remaining bacon.
- Add more sliced green onions for garnish if desired. Serve with crackers or vegetables. Enjoy!

- Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir together Seasoning and Crouton Blend, oil and cold water in medium bowl; set aside.
- Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain well. Stir pasta into seasoning mixture. Stir seafood chunks and broccoli into salad. Serve immediately, or refrigerate.

- Mix well until blended and fill mushroom caps. (Piping the caps with a pastry bag is a nice touch.).

I got this from my friend, Donna. It makes quite a lot, but I've halved it when necessary. Good with assorted crackers, fresh veggie dippers, or on slices of thin French bread.

Stir in crab meat, shrimp, 3 tablespoons green onions, and sherry. Stirring occasionally, cook until heated through (do not boil).2. Transfer to a chafing dish. Garnish with additional green onions.To Microwave: 1. Place cream cheese in a 1-quart microwavable dish. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power (700 watts) 30 seconds or until softened. Stir in soup, sour cream, sherry, paprika, and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in crab meat, shrimp, and green onions. If making ahead, cover and chill up to 2 hours.2. To serve, cover dish with waxed paper and microwave at 50% power (350 watts) 5 to 6 minutes until heated through (do not boil), stirring every 2 minutes. Stir, then transfer to a chafing dish.
