These are sinfully rich and always a hit at potlucks. The person I got the recipe from said they are called Neiman Marcus bars because the ingredients are expensive (I think she was talking about the 2 cups of pecans).

Steps:
- Mix crust ingredients and press into 9x13" cake pan.
- With mixer mix powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese until combined.
- Fold pecans into filling mixture.
- Pour filling over crust.
- Bake 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min at 300 degrees.
- Let bars cool and cut into squares.

Steps:
- Mix Yellow cake mix, 1 egg, and stick of butter in bowl.
- Spread evenly in 13 x 9 cake pan.
- Mix 1 egg, box of powdered sugar, and box of cream cheese in bowl.
- Pour over and spread evenly over cake in pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cut into bars and serve.
- Best served warm.

- 1. For the crust: mix together all the crust ingredients listed. Press evenly into a 9x13 baking dish. For the filling: mix together all the ingredients listed. Spread evenly over the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. The top should be light brown. Be careful to not OVERBAKE. Cool completely, then cut into bars. **Use only butter! It will not come out right if you use margarine.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (I use Pam) one 9x13 inch pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 2 eggs and melted butter. Spread in bottom of pan.
- In a second bowl, beat with electric mixer, powdered sugar, 2 more eggs, and cream cheese. Stir in your coconut. Spread coconut mixture on top of crust mixture.
- Bake 35-40 minutes until edges are brown and center set (it will still be slightly wobbly in the middle).
- Cool on counter 30 minutes, then refrigerate 2 hours or up to 2 days.
- Slice into bars and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350. Mix together first layer and put in 9 x 13 greased & floured pan.
- Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, coconut, eggs and vanilla together and spread over first mixture. Bake 10 minutes then sprinkle pecans on top and bake 30 additional minutes.

- Mix together remaining ingredients, except pecans, and pour over crust and spread. Top with chopped pecans.
- Bake in a 300 degrees F oven for 1 hour. Cool 1 hour before cutting, but best if it sits in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving to let the flavors blend. Set out for 1/2 hour before serving to soften a little, cut and serve!!
