This is a favourite flavour for most people. Adding vanilla protein powder helps to counter the natural sugars from the fruit and milk so that you feel fuller, longer. Using powdered drink mix kicks up the flavour another notch. Enjoy without any guilt!

Number Of Ingredients 6

½ cup orange juice
½ cup 1% milk
1/2 cup fat free, sugar free vanilla Greek yogurt
1 ½ cups (generous measure) whole frozen strawberries
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 single size Crystal Light drink powder (cherry )

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except protein powder in blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add protein powder, and blend again just until combined.
  • Pour into two large glasses to serve.

I drink 2-3 of these a day. I have become addicited to these. Real easy to make and it is cheaper then going to a Smoothie Shop. Makes a good breakfast, afternoon snack or bedtime snack. It actually came about because I got tired of the amount I had to pay for smoothie. Hope you all enjoy.
