Dunkin' Donuts may have discontinued the popular Coffee Coolatta, but that doesn't mean you can't still enjoy it! Here's how to create this nutty, chocolatey, sweet frozen coffee drink at home. You can adjust any of the flavorings to match your preferences!

1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
1 cup milk (any kind)
1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
1 tablespoon hazelnut syrup
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 cups ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional)

Steps:

  • Brew a cup of strong coffee using your favorite coffee maker. Let the coffee cool down for a few minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients except the whipped cream in your blender. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes or until the texture is smooth and consistent.
  • Pour the Coolatta into two tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon if you'd like. Enjoy your refreshing drink!

1 cup coffee (cold)
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
1 tablespoon hazelnut syrup
2 cups ice
2 tablespoons whipped cream

Steps:

  • Toss everything except whipped cream in your blender, starting with the liquids first. Add in the ice and blend. Don't over blend - the key to the coolatta is to make it icy and not creamy. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream. Enjoy!

Steps:

1 1/4 cups strong coffee, cooled
1 cup milk
5 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (optional)
1 tablespoon hazelnut syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 1/2 cups ice

Steps:

  • Brew strong coffee by brewing twice the amount required by your coffee maker - Chill.
  • Combine all ingredients except ice in blender and blend for 2 minutes on low to blend sugar.
  • Add ice, blend on high until ice is dissolved and drink is smooth.

I am one of those people who love going to Dunkin' Donuts for their coffee coolatta., but it got to be expensive so i experimented until i got it right. my mom also deserves the credit because she helped me.

1 1/4 c strong coffe, cold
5 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp hazelnut syrup
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 c milk
2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 c ice cubes

Steps:

  • 1. Brew the strong coffee by using twice the amount of grounds required by your coffee maker.
  • 2. Chill the coffee in the fridge until it is cold.
  • 3. Combine the cold coffee, milk, sugar, chocolate syrup,hazelnut syrup, vanilla and almond extract in a blender and blend for about 1 minute on low to dissolve sugar.
  • 4. Add ice, and blend on high until ice is crushed and drink is smooth. Makes about 24 oz.
