- Juice the oranges. You should have about 1½ cups (360 ml) of juice.
- Add the ice to a pitcher. Pour the evaporated milk, sugar, and vanilla over the ice and stir well to combine.
- Add the orange juice and stir until combined and slightly frothy.
- Divide evenly between 4 glasses.
- Garnish each glass with an orange wheel and serve immediately.

Steps:
- 1. Mix the milk with the sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 2. Put the milk mixture in the freezer until VERY cold but not frozen. About 30 minutes.
- 3. Take milk out of freezer and add ice to milk.
- 4. Slowly add orange juice to milk while stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
- 5. The trick to keeping the milk from "curdling" is making sure the ingredients are very cold.
