BUSY MOMS CHICKEN AND DUMPLING CASSEROLE
This sounds like it a lot of work, but it really is so easy and taste so mouth watering good! My family loves this better than the old fashion chicken and dumplings. The secret is not to stir the ingredients as you layer them.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Layer 1: In a 9x13 casserole dish pour melted butter on to the bottom of the dish. Spread the shredded chicken on top of the butter, then sprinkle with the black pepper, dried sage and salt. Do Not Stir.
- 3. Layer 2: In a small bowl mix the milk and Bisquick, stirring until well blended. Slowly pour over chicken, then sprinkle with parsley and garlic. Do Not Stir.
- 4. Layer 3: In a medium bowl whisk together 2 cups of chicken broth, Wylers bouillon and cream of chicken soup. Once blended, pour slowly over the Bisquick layer. Do Not Stir.
- 5. Bake casserole for about an hour, do not take out until the top is a nice golden brown. Let the casserole sit for 10 minutes to set then enjoy!
MOMS CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE
I dont know where my mom got this recipe from but this is how she made this when I was growing up.

Steps:
- 1. Cook rice according to package. Add broccoli to your rice right before the rice is done.
- 2. Except for the parmesan cheese, mix all the other ingredients together and put into a 9x13 baking dish.
- 3. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
MOMS COMFORT CHICKEN
This is my moms recipe for easy-going comfort chicken and I've always thought it was very good. It has a gravy and broth base which makes it delicious.

- 1. Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9 x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. Season chicken w/ salt and pepper. Place chicken in lg skillet over med-high heat w/ 2 tbsp butter. Saute about 10 min, or until browned. Reduce heat to low. Add broth,gravy, mushrooms and rice. Mix well. Pour ingredients into pan. Cover w/ foil and bake 30 min. Remove from oven, uncover & stir. Sprinkle w/ bread crumbs, drizzle w/ remaining butter. Bake, uncovered 10 min, or until rice is tender and top is golden.
TIDY MOMS CREAMY CHICKEN POT PIE
I got this recipe from Tidy Mom's page and it's so simple and quick. I make it when we travel in our Motor home.

MY MOMS YUMMY CHICKEN
This Chicken always reminds me of when I was little and I could smell this cooking in my moms Kitchen. Its so good. And Its something most kids love.

- Pat dry , and set a side
- Mix all the Seasonings together
- Rub the Chicken with the Butter, And get under the skin also

- 1. Season your flour with salt and pepper
- 2. Heat the oil in a chicken fryer
- 3. Toss the c chicken pieces in the seasoned flour
- 4. Brown in the hot oil
- 5. Discard the excess oil
- 6. Add your chicken pieces and enough water to almost cover and several bay leaves
- 7. Once the water comes to a boil reduce the heat to simmer and then cook on that until the chicken is fork tender If you use chicken pieces on the bone in chicken more easily come off the bone
