- Chop broccoli, cauliflower, and bacon into similar bite-sized pieces. Next, cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and dice the onions into tiny pieces.
- Place all the ingredients into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, and dry parsley together.
- Toss the dressing in right before you plan to serve the salad. Enjoy immediately!

- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

- Chop cauliflower, broccoli and red onion. Toss them together in a large bowl.
- In another bowl whisk the Miracle Whip, sugar and red wine vinegar until smooth.
- Toss dressing with the cauliflower, broccoli and red onion. Fold the rest of ingredients in and stir together.
- For best results refrigerate overnight.
