- Heat milk and eggnog together in a saucepan over medium-low heat until heated through, about 5 minutes. Stir in chocolate and mint-chocolate baking pieces; cook until chocolate is melted and smooth, 5 to 10 more minutes. Pour into 2 mugs.

- In a food processor, combine 1 cup malted milk powder and mints; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a large bowl. Add milk powder, chocolate drink mix and remaining malted milk powder; mix well. Store in airtight containers. , For each serving, combine 1/4 cup mix and 3/4 cup boiling water; stir until dissolved. Garnish with stick candies if desired.

- Combine cream, cocoa, and sugar and whip to stiff peaks. Chill while you prepare hot chocolate.
- Warm milk in a large saucepan until hot but not boiling. Slowly add white chips, stirring constantly, until melted.
- Ladle into mugs, top with whipped cream and enjoy!

I thought this is so good. When I made this I used a sugar free Andes mint candy and no sugar added hot cocoa mix. I didn't use mint candy or whipped cream and this was still so good. I got this recipe from Woman's World magazine.
