Number Of Ingredients 5

For each "mouse" you will need 1 large sandwich cookie and 1 mini sandwich cookie. (The Minnie and Mickey in the center of plate uses 1 large cookie and 2 minis, edges are attached with melted chocolate.)
Regular size Oreos chocolate or vanilla sandwich cookies
Mini Oreos (chocolate or vanilla)
Melted chocolate for "glue" (dark for chocolate cookies, white for vanilla cookies)
Red or pink melting chocolate for the bows (or small edible candy bows)

Steps:

  • Twist and pull apart the large and the mini cookies, removing half the filling from the large ones and all the filling from the minis. Using melted chocolate for glue, adhere the 2 mini Oreo halves to the top of a large cookie half for the ears. Add some melted chocolate to the center of the Oreo then carefully place the other large cookie half on top, lightly pressing bottoms together. Set aside. Repeat process for desired number of Minnie's. (Refer to photo for a general idea of what to do). For the bows, melt the tinted chocolate and place into a plastic bag then pipe little bows onto waxed paper. Let harden then just peel them off and attach to the top of the large Oreos (near the ears) with a dab of the tinted melted chocolate. For Mickey Mouse cookies, Just don't add a bow.
