1 package fudge brownie mix (13-inch x 9-inch pan size)
48 striped or milk chocolate kisses

Steps:

  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for fudge-like brownies. Fill paper-lined miniature muffin cups two-thirds full. , Bake at 350° for 18-21 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. , Immediately top each with a chocolate kiss. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.

1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 stick butter, room temperature
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
4 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line an 8 by 8-inch pan with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang. Spray with nonstick spray.
  • Melt butter and chocolate in a heavy bottomed saucepan over medium heat stirring constantly.
  • Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, stir in the sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla extract together. Whisk until smooth. Add the flour and stir until thoroughly combined. Pour into pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely on wire rack.
  • Cream Cheese Frosting:
  • Beat the butter and cream cheese with a hand mixer until fluffy and light. Add the powdered sugar and beat until combined. Add the orange juice and zest and beat until thoroughly combined. Place frosting in a piping bag with a large star tip.
  • Remove brownies from the pan. Using a 1 1/2-inch round ring mold cut out the brownies into circles. Decoratively pipe the frosting on the brownies.

1 package fudge brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)
Frosting:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar
4 teaspoons 2% milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chopped salted peanuts, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line 42 mini-muffin cups with paper or foil liners., Prepare brownie mix batter according to package directions. Fill prepared cups two-thirds full. Bake 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (do not overbake)., Place pans on wire racks. Using the end of a wooden spoon handle, make a 1/2-in.-deep indentation in the center of each brownie. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans., For frosting, in a large bowl, beat peanut butter and cream cheese until blended. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Spoon or pipe frosting into indentations. If desired, sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Refrigerate leftovers.

1 box (1 lb 1 oz) Betty Crocker™ dark chocolate Premium brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate
Yellow food color
Red food color
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons shortening

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom only of 8-inch or 9-inch square pan with cooking spray or shortening. (For easier cutting, line pan with foil, then grease foil on bottom only of pan.) Make brownies as directed on box. Cool completely.
  • Stir cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice, 2 drops yellow food color and 1 drop red food color until smooth and spreadable; spread over brownies.
  • Place chocolate chips and shortening in small microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on Medium (50%) about 2 minutes or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Drizzle over brownies. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until cream cheese and chocolate are set.
  • For 24 brownies, cut into 4 rows by 6 rows. Cover and refrigerate any remaining brownies.
