- For the berry milk: Place the dried berries in the carafe of a blender and blend into a fine powder. Add the milk and light agave syrup, then puree until completely smooth.
- For the pb&j milk: Puree the milk, peanut flour and strawberry jam in a blender until completely smooth.
MATCHA COCONUT MILK JELLY
This is a recipe for soft jelly. The recipe notes that it can be made firmer by adjusting the milk. Cooking time is chilling time. This is from the Zen site.

Steps:
- Mix Matcha with hot water in a bowl.
- Stir with a whisk until completely dissolved.
- Then gradually stir in hot milk.
- Add sugar, melted marshmallow and coconut milk/paste to the Matcha mixture and stir until smooth and full incorporated.
- Refrigerate for at least one-two hours. Before serving, powder the top of the soft jelly with Matcha powder.

ROASTED PEANUT MILK CHOCOLATE GANACHE AND JELLY CONFECTION
Steps:
- For the jelly confection: In a 1-quart saucepan, heat the strawberry jam and liquid pectin together until smooth and lump free. Place the strawberry and pectin mixture into twelve 2-ounce candy molds and cool.
- For the ganache: In a coffee grinder, combine the peanuts and agave syrup and process into a slightly coarse texture. Place the peanut mixture into a small microwaveable dish. Add the milk chocolate and heavy cream and microwave until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour the mixture on top of the strawberry jelly in the candy mold. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from the candy molds and serve.
- For the curds and whey: Mix the heavy cream and sugar together. Scoop the mixture into a ceramic spoon. Garnish with fresh cheese curds. Drizzle with vanilla syrup. Serve alongside the candy molds.

- add water into the gelatin and set a side.
- heat milk until just before it is boiled. (Do not boil).
- add 1 into 2 and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- strain 3 so that you can remove some chunk of gelatin which were not dissolved and make texture smooth.
- add condensed milk and heavy cream, stir well.
- pour into dish or container and chill until it is set.
