QUICK MICROWAVE CHICKEN CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE
This is a quick version of another member's delicious casserole made in the microwave. Super yummy in a fraction of the time.

Steps:
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Add egg noodles and cook at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain.
- Combine drained noodles, chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese in a large mixing bowl; mix until well combined.
- Stir together cream of chicken soup, milk, and sour cream in a separate bowl until smooth. Pour sauce over noodles and mix until sauce is well distributed. Transfer mixture to a large microwave-safe casserole dish.
- Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high until melted, about 30 to 45 seconds. Add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well blended and crumbly and sprinkle on top of casserole.
- Microwave casserole uncovered for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

MICROWAVE CHICKEN CORDON BLEU
This is from Light & Tasty. I haven't tried it but it sounds interesting. It's made in the microwave. The original recipe states "1 envelope seasoned coating mix" so I guessed 8 ounces for the amount. I suppose you could use anything from a pre-packaged mix to cornflakes. I hope it's as good as it sounds!

Steps:
- Flatten each breast to 1/4" thickness.
- Put ham and cheese down the middle of each breast and roll up; secure with toothpicks.
- Place melted butter in shallow bowl and coating mix in another shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken in butter and then coating mix.
- Place each breast in a 2-qt. microwave-safe dish coated with cooking spray.
- Cover loosely and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes.
- Turn each breast over and cook for another 5-6 minutes or until juices run clear.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Discard toothpicks before serving.
