My sister got this from dianaskitchen.com and we doubled it for our Thanksgiving dinner (20+ people). We baked it in 2 half-size aluminum steam table pans. It was very easy to put together and very moist and tasty.

1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel corn, with juice
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream-style corn
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients until blended.
  • Pour into 8 X 8 baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until browned on top and firm in the middle.

1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can(s) whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 can(s) cream corn
1 stick melted butter
1 c sour cream
2 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Pre-heat over to 350. Mix all ingredients until blended. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45-50mins. or until lightly brown.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 boxes corn muffin mix (8 ounce)
2 sticks butter, melted
2 cans yellow whole corn
2 cans cream corn
2 eggs
16 oz sour cream

Steps:

  • Mix all together thoroughly
  • Spray a 9"x13" baking pan with Pam
  • Pour in batter
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes
