Very easy and delicious, this is my take on the specialty pizza at round table. I make this as listed, but you can omit the olive oil and garlic base and use Marinara sauce, or the "signature" Polynesian sauce, recipe included.

Number Of Ingredients 19

1 Boboli pizza crust
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
2 -3 roma tomatoes, Sliced and peppered
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
3 pineapple rings, sliced
4 -5 slices Canadian bacon, cut into quarters
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 teaspoons olive oil, for light brushing
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 tablespoon chili sauce, sweet
salt, dash

Steps:

  • Brush the Baboli crust with olive oil and minced garlic or the Polynesian sauce or Marinara sauce.
  • Add the toppings and cook at 450 for 10-15 minutes or until desired "doneness".
