KREMSILS - MATZOH MEAL PANCAKES
These are a favorite around our household and you don't have to wait for Passover to eat them. They are a nice change from the ordinary pancakes because they are flourless. This is one of the recipes that I am using from memory - let's hope it works. It worked - hurray!

Steps:
- Beat the eggs well. Add the 2 Tbsp of sugar and beat some more. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and let it stand for 15 minutes. If it gets too thick (like gloppy cement), add some water so that it's pourable. Put a thin film of oil in your frying pan - if you are using an electric frying pan, set the temperature to about 280°. Fry on one side until air bubbles appear and start to pop - flip and cook the other side until brown. Serve with sugar (traditional) or jam on top. Yum!
