MARTHARAYDEEN'S RÅDJURSKÖTT BURGERS

MarthaRayDeen's RÅDJURSKÖTT BURGERS image

RÅDJURSKÖTT in Swedish means "roe", or "deer". I made these one night and introduced them to the family with the fancy name, instead of plain old venison burgers. Somehow, the name made them taste better, :)

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 pound(s) ground venison, prepped (drained, etc)
1 cup(s) shredded swiss cheese
1 tablespoon(s) a-1 type steak sauce
1 package(s) lipton onion soup mix
1 - eggwhite, if mixture doesn't hold well

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients together then let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour to let ingredients get to know each other and be all happy.
  • Form into patties and cook in 375 degree oven or grill, or pan fry, your choice... I think I'll add a bit more swiss cheese on top of the burgers, but it's not required.
  • These are wonderful with my homemade hamburger buns, found here: https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/bread/savory-bread/seasoned-hamburger-buns-bread-machine.html?p=12 and I used a french fry recipe I found that is very similar to the way McD's does them: http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.seriouseats.com%2Frecipes%2F2010%2F05%2Fperfect-french-fries-recipe.html&h=1AQBOO9ILAQBOc42h3lqZVYhhnm2mCABCtyEeJyhs4m-Cng

JUICIEST HAMBURGERS EVER

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever image

No more dry, lackluster burgers. These are juicy, and spices can be easily added or changed to suit anyone's taste. Baste frequently with your favorite barbeque sauce. If you find the meat mixture too mushy, just add more bread crumbs until it forms patties that hold their shape.
