My kids loved helping me make these Rainbow Fruit Kabobs! They are such a fun, healthy snack!

Number Of Ingredients 9

strawberries, halved
cantaloupe, cut into bite-sized pieces
pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
green grapes
blueberries
red grapes
bamboo skewers
1 (8 ounce) container whipped cream cheese
1 (7 ounce) container marshmallow creme

Steps:

  • Slide a piece of strawberry, cantaloupe, pineapple, a green grape, two blueberries and a red grape onto each skewer; set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together whipped cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.

3 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted
1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

Steps:

  • Thread 1 each pineapple chunk, strawberry and marshmallow onto each of 10 skewers.
  • Place chocolate and coconut in separate shallow bowls.
  • Dip skewers, 1 at a time, into chocolate, then coconut, turning to evenly coat each skewer with each ingredient.
  • Refrigerate 30 min.

1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
2 medium firm bananas, cut into 3/4-inch slices
2 cups cubed fresh pineapple
2 large fresh plums, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
24 large marshmallows
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Mash and strain raspberries, reserving juice. Discard seeds. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, sugar and raspberry juice; set aside., On 12 metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread fruit and marshmallows.
