4 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

½ cup bacon grease
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

Steps:

  • Place hot sauce in small saucepan over moderate heat and then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir together and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Add crumbled bacon for intensified flavor.

1 garlic clove, minced

½ cup finely chopped sweet onion
1 cup ketchup

1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 beef bouillon cube
¼ cup hot water

Steps:

  • Combine raspberries, huckleberries, garlic, jalapeño and onion in blender and mix on high speed. While the mixture blends, place ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, bouillon cube and water in a large saucepan. Stir over moderate heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
