- Begin by zesting the limes. Pour the coarse sugar over the lime zest and toss with your fingers to combine. Set aside.
- Throw the mango chunks into a blender. Top off the blender with ice. Pour in the tequila and triple sec. Add the granulated sugar and squeeze in the juice of the limes. Blend until completely smooth, adding more ice if necessary to get the consistency you want. Use a piece of one of the limes to moisten the rims of the glasses. Dip the rims in the lime sugar. Pour the drinks and serve immediately.

- Combine ice, margarita mix, tequila, and mango nectar in a blender; squeeze 1 lime half into the blender. Blend until cocktail is smooth.
- Cut remaining lime half into wedges. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 inch of sugar onto a small, shallow plate. Moisten rims of 4 glasses with a wedge of lime, dip the moistened glasses into sugar. Pour cocktail into the prepared glasses.

- Pour the sugar in a small saucer, then wet the rim of each glass with the lime wedge. Dip the rim of the glass into the sugar to coat. Set aside.
- Add mango, lime juice, tequila, and triple sec to a blender and puree. Taste for sweetness - depending on your mango, it may be plenty sweet already, or you may want to add honey, a teaspoon or two at a time, until it's sweet enough. Add 2 cups ice and blend completely, adding additional ice to attain desired thickness.

MANGO MARGARITAS

- Spread a thin layer of sugar on a saucer. Run 1 lime wedge around rim of 2 margarita or martini glasses. Press rims into sugar on saucer to create narrow sugared edge on each glass.
- In a cocktail shaker or small pitcher, combine tequila, mango nectar, lime juice and ice cubes. Shake or stir vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain equal amounts into each glass. Squeeze juice from 1 lime piece into each drink and drop lime piece in. Serve immediately.
