- Preheat oven to 400°. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain., Press dough into a greased 14-in. pizza pan. Brush with oil; sprinkle with rosemary. Top with American cheese., Toss together shredded cheeses; sprinkle half of the mixture over pizza. Toss remaining cheese mixture with bacon, oregano and macaroni; distribute over top. Bake until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted, 35-40 minutes.

- Set the cheese packet from dinner mix aside. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add macaroni; cook for 8-10 minutes or until tender., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain., Drain macaroni; stir in contents of cheese packet. Transfer to a greased round 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Steps:
- Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water until al dente and set aside. (al dente - almost done).
- Melt butter in a medium sauce pan. Slowly stir in milk & cheese soup until well blended. Next add the bouillon, seasonings, & shredded cheese.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Do not allow to burn.
- Spray a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray then add the pasta. Pour the cheese mixture over the pasta then stir.
- Bake in 375 oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot from baking dish.

MACARONI AND CHEESE PIZZA

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the rotini al dente. Drain and spray with olive oil cooking spray, making sure the noodles are coated well. Set aside.
- In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate. Remove all but 1 tablespoon of the bacon drippings and add the butter. Add the onions, garlic and nutmeg. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and saute until the onions wilt and become translucent, about 4 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low and sprinkle in the flour, stirring to coat the onions and garlic. Continue to cook until you have a blond roux, about 5 minutes. Whisk in the milk until you have a thick enough sauce that it coats the back of a spoon. Crumble the bacon and add half to the sauce. Mix in the Cheddar and mozzarella. Turn the heat to low. Add the pasta to the cheese sauce and stir to coat. Cover and keep warm.
- In a small bowl, add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, chives and olive oil. Add the rest of the crumbled bacon and add it to the bowl, stirring well to combine.
- Spray the pizza dough with the olive oil spray and place into the oven for 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and set down. Spread the macaroni and cheese on the pizza, being careful to leave a 1-inch border. Sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture on the macaroni and cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes to set the macaroni and cheese.
MAC-N-CHEESE PIZZA
BEST...PIZZA...EVER!! This is the basic recipe. Add your favorite flavors to make it personal. Suggestions: Bacon, onion, avocado, tomato, havarti cheese, Gruyere cheese.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 10x15-inch baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust and place on the prepared baking pan.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Drain.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir flour with butter until it has a slightly toasted fragrance, about 2 minutes. - Combine water, elbow macaroni, mustard powder, salt, and hot sauce in an electric pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Close and lock the lid. Set to high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions and cook for 4 minutes. Allow up to 10 minutes for pressure to build.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix in cheddar cheese to the freshly cooked hot macaroni, stir till it melts a little. Add rest of ingredients (except bread crumbs) and mix well.
- Put into a buttered casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake for about 25 minutes. Scoop out servings, very good!!!!
