HOT BEEF DIP (MEN LOVE THIS!)

I have been making this recipe for years, I am unsure where I got it, however, this is one of those dips that will be gone in minutes. I found out MEN rant and rave over it! You will get many requests for the recipe! This has been a recipe that has been used for many parties and potlucks. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons chopped onions or 3 chopped green onions
1 (3 ounce) package Buddig beef

Steps:

  • Cut beef into bite size pieces. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Add beef. Place in small crock pot, heat on low. (fits perfect in a "dip" crock pot. Serve with fritoe scoops, pita chips or chip of your choice.

16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 cup chopped scallions (from 3 or 4 scallions), plus more for garnish (optional)
1/2 cup hot-pepper relish or salsa verde
Tortilla chips, for serving
Crudites, such as cucumber, carrots, and jicama, for serving

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese with a mixer on medium-high until fluffy, about 1 minute. Beat in salt and scallions. Fold in relish; garnish with scallions. Serve with chips and crudites.

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c salsa
1/4 tsp dried tarragon
1 tsp chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp lemon juice
dash cayenne (to taste)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix everything except lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Add lemon juice. Let sit for 1 hour. The longer it sits the better.
  • 2. Great with crackers and veggies.
