1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 ounce) package vanilla wafers
14 bananas, sliced

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk 2 minutes. Blend in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in vanilla and fold in whipped topping. Layer wafers, bananas and pudding mixture in a glass serving bowl. Chill until serving.

If you're looking for the perfect dessert, look no further! This delicious and easy No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake is simple to make and full of flavor.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 Vanilla Wafer crust, cooled
1 (3.4 ounce) vanilla instant pudding mix (NOT cook and serve)
1 cup whole milk
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 bananas
4 ounces cool whip (1/2 container)

Steps:

  • In a bowl beat vanilla instant pudding and whole milk. Once fully mixed and creamy, set aside.
  • In a second bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sugar and continue mixing.
  • Add heavy whipping cream and vanilla and mix until medium peaks form.
  • With a spatula, fold the pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour half the banana pudding mixture into the Vanilla wafer crust.
  • Top with sliced bananas.
  • Pour remaining cheesecake mixture on top of the bananas.
  • Top entire pie with with cool whip.
  • Cover and chill 4 hours or longer.
  • Just before serving, add Nilla wafers and sliced bananas to the top of the cheesecake.

1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 c milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 medium ripe bananas, sliced
2 Tbsp chopped peanuts

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, cornstarch and milk until smooth. Cook and stir over medium-high heat unti thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat to low; cook and stir 2 minutes longer.
  • 2. Remove from the heat. Stir a small amount of hot filling into egg; return all to the pan, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle boil; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from the heat. Stir in the peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Cool for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Slice and stir in one or two of the bananas and then transfer into dessert dishes. Refrigerate if desired. Just before serving, top wih banana slices and peanuts.
