Easy recipe for the best Tri Color Italian Pasta Salad. This meal is full of fresh vegetables and only takes 20 minutes to put together from start to finish.

12 oz box tri color rotini pasta
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
3 stalks of celery (finely chopped)
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Steps:

  • Prepare your pasta as directed on box. Drain and place pasta in a big serving bowl.
  • Add salad dressing, celery, tomatoes, olives, basil and oregano. Stir to fully combine. Add mozzarella cheese on top and mix again.
  • Cover bowl with lid or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to chill (at least an hour, can be overnight).
  • Remove from refrigerator and stir to freshen up. If salad looks a little dry (especially if you let it sit overnight), add a tablespoon (or 2) of salad dressing and stir. Serve and enjoy!

1 package (16 ounces) tricolor spiral pasta
1 package (16 ounces) frozen California-blend vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 to 1-1/3 cups Italian salad dressing
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, optional

Steps:

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, place vegetables in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave at 50% power for 5-1/2 to 6-1/2 minutes or until thawed; drain. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water. In a bowl, combine the pasta, vegetables and olives. , Combine salad dressing and garlic salt if desired; pour over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.

1 box tri-color rotini
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 c corn kernels, frozen
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper, to taste
8 oz Ken's Steak House Lite Northern Italian Dressing with basil and romano

Steps:

  • 1. Cook pasta according to package direction until aldente. (8 - 9 minutes)
  • 2. Add the frozen corn to the cooking pasta during the last 3 minutes.
  • 3. Drain and rinse pasta/corn with cold water. Transfer to bowl. Add diced red peppers, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  • 4. Add Ken's Steak House Lite Italian dressing and mix well. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until chilled.
  • 5. Stir before serving. Adding a little more dressing if desired.

  • Combine all 3 lettuces in large bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Whisk the mustard, vinegar, and oil together in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Top with some shavings of Parmesan.

1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
1 cucumber, peeled and cubed
1 tomatoes, chopped

1 cup olive oil
