GRANDMA'S HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
This recipe is a friend's grandma's recipe and is absolutely the best hash brown casserole I've ever had. Kentucky grandmas sure know how to cook!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix hash browns, cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, onion, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Arrange in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle on top. Drizzle butter over the cornflakes.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the sauce is bubbly and the top is golden brown, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

LISA'S HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
Do you get sick of the same old potatoes? I know we do, this is a hit in our house, so easy to make and tastes soooo good. You can even add leftover ham and make it a meal :)

Steps:
- Slightly thaw hash browns for easier mixing. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl mix everything together well.Once mixed together well pour into your prepared 9×13 and cover with tinfoil.
- Place in oven and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. This recipe also freezes well unbaked. Perfect if you want to make it ahead of time and freeze it for another night. Then you can just pop it in the oven. Enjoy
