Ingredients

2 packages (3 ounces each) lime gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in pineapple; cover and refrigerate until syrupy. , Whisk in sour cream; add pecans. Transfer to a 6-cup ring mold coated with cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Unmold onto a serving plate.

2c hot water
6oz lime jello
2c whipping cream
1c crushed pineapple
1/2c walnuts
2c 7up
6oz cream cheese

Steps:

Melt marshmallows in 2c hot water. Add lime jello. Let cool until almost set then add rest of ingredients. (pour 7up down side of bowl) Mix and let gel
