2 papayas
1 pomegranate
400 g lychees
2 persimmons
100 g cape gooseberries
300 ml creme fraiche
160 ml coconut cream
1 lime

Steps:

  • Combine the fruit in a large bowl and set aside.
  • Mix the ingredients for the cream. Arrange the fruit on four plates and serve with the cream on the side and some lime wedges and whole physalis, if you like.

Creamy Coconut-Lime Fruit Salad image

Just cannot go wrong with fruit and everyone loves a good fruit salad.

12/ c sour cream
1/4 c unsweetened coconut milk
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 seedless oranges,peeled and sectioned
2 granny smith apples, cored and chopped
2 ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
1 c strawberry halves

Steps:

  • 1. Combine sour cream, coconut milk, lime juice and brown sugar in a small bowl; stir until smooth. Gently toss remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour sour cream mixture over fruit. Toss to coat well. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
