- In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and saute until golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, stir together milk, chicken broth, flour, salt and pepper over low heat until smooth and thick.
- Stir into garlic.
- Continue to cook over medium low heat, stirring frequently, until the sauce is thick.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese.

- 1. Combine milk, margarine, and cream cheese in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly, until all ingredients are blended.
- 2. Add parmesan cheese and garlic. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15-20 min. Stir occassionally to prevent sticking.
- 3. Season with salt and white pepper.

Steps:
- Put a large pot of water on to boil, then add tortellini and veggies. Stir to keep from sticking and boil about 10 minutes (according to package directions).
- In a small saucepan combine broth, milk, and butter over med-high heat until butter melts, then add alfredo sauce mix.
- Whisk to dissolve powder, then cook over medium for five minutes.
- Add parmesan and whisk again for twenty seconds.
- Drain tortellini and veggies then place back in pan. Pour on the sauce and voila!

- Saute garlic in oil, in a sauce pan 1-2 minutes.
- In small bowl mix flour and broth together until there are no lumps. Add to pan and simmer until it thickens.
- Turn off heat. Stir in yogurt, pasta, optional meat/veggies and half of the parsley and half of the cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir again and top with remaining parsley and cheese.
- We love this with chicken. I usually serve it with a salad and bread.

- Add broccoli florets to the pasta during the last 3-4 minutes of cooking. Cook pasta to al dente.
