LEMON SHAKE UP
These are just like the ones you'd get at the Fair! Great summertime drink! Super sweet and very refreshing. I got this photo online from the passionate penny pincher.

Steps:
- 1. Combine sugar & water. Boil for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
- 2. Add lemon juice to simple syrup. Strain and keep refrigerated.
- 3. To make: Add approx 2 tablespoons of syrup to each glass of ice water.
- 4. Add the rind of half of a lemon that you squeezed to get the juice.
- 5. Cover the glass and shake to blend. Enjoy!

- In a shallow dish, mix crushed lemon drops and sugar. Using 1 or 2 lemon slices, moisten the rims of four glasses; dip rims into candy mixture., Place remaining ingredients (minus lemon slices) in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses; serve immediately with remaining lemon slices.
