5 large eggs, beaten
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
¼ cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
½ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon hot sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees. Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine eggs, Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, flour, butter, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Stir to mix well. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Top with hot sauce before serving.

nonstick cooking spray
8 slices Texas toast, crusts removed, cubed
2 pounds bulk pork sausage
6 large eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Place cubed bread into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Place on top of bread.
  • Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, and pepper together in a bowl and pour over sausage. Top with Cheddar cheese.
  • Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bake in the preheated oven until set, about 45 minutes. Place foil over top the last 15 minutes to prevent the cheese from hardening.

2 cups of bagged sausage crumbles (already cooked)
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
One small pack real bacon bits
6 eggs
2 cups of milk
7 pieces of white or wheat bread

Steps:

  • Butter the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Cover bottom of pan with bread. In a large bowl mix sausage, eggs, cheese, milk and bacon. Then pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Cook the next morning!!!! At 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
