1 small red onion, sliced, separated into rings
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed, drained
1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
3/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 small tomatoes, chopped

Steps:

  • Layer lettuce, onions, peas and ham in large straight-sided clear glass bowl.
  • Mix mayo, Parmesan and sugar; spread over salad to seal. Refrigerate several hours or up to 24 hours.
  • Top with cheddar and tomatoes just before serving; toss gently.

1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 cups fresh baby spinach (about 6 ounces)
6 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped
1/2 pound sliced fully cooked ham, cut into strips
4 cups torn iceberg lettuce (about 1/2 head)
2-1/2 cups frozen petite peas (about 10 ounces), thawed, optional
1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
8 ounces sliced Swiss cheese, cut into strips
1/2 pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • For dressing, mix first five ingredients. In a 3-qt. or larger glass bowl, layer spinach, eggs, ham, lettuce, peas, if desired, and onion. Spread with dressing. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.

1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
2 cups cubed (1/2 inch) cooked ham
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (8 oz)
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup taco sauce
2 tablespoons honey

Steps:

1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup nonfat sour cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 1 1/2 ounces)
1 pound supermarket salad bar ingredients (packed separately), including at least 4 vegetables (such as lettuce, spinach, shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage, peas and sliced mushrooms)
1 cup diced ham (about 5 ounces)
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
Chopped nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Whisk first 4 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Mix in blue cheese. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
