1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 jar (3-1/2 ounces) prepared pesto
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
Assorted crackers or baked pita chips

Steps:

  • Line a 3-cup bowl with plastic wrap; set aside. , In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. In another bowl, combine pesto and Parmesan cheese. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture, pesto mixture and sun-dried tomatoes in prepared bowl. Repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour., Unmold onto a serving plate. Serve with crackers.

1 carton (8 ounces) whipped cream cheese
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 jar (9 ounces) mango chutney
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup dried currants
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • Place the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and curry powder in a small food processor; cover and pulse until blended. , Spread onto a 10-in. round serving platter. Spoon chutney over top; sprinkle with coconut, pecans, green onions and dried currants. Chill until serving. Serve with crackers.

1 container (8 ounces) sharp Cheddar cold-pack cheese spread
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 container (8 ounces) soft cream cheese with garden vegetables
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1 container (8 ounces) Swiss-almond cold-pack cheese spread
1/4 cup chopped red and/or yellow bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
48 crackers

Steps:

  • Spread Cheddar cheese into 5-inch round, about 1/2 inch thick, on serving platter; smooth side and top with small metal spatula. Sprinkle mushrooms over cheese; press lightly.
  • Spread cream cheese over mushrooms; smooth side and top. Sprinkle with basil; press lightly.
  • Top with Swiss-almond cheese; smooth side and top. Sprinkle bell peppers over top. Press parsley into side. Serve with crackers.

2 tubs (8 oz. each) whipped cream cheese
1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1 cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves
3/4 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup firmly packed fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup pine nuts or slivered almonds*
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
Keebler® Town House Toppers® Original Crackers
- or -
Keebler® Town House® Original Crackers

Steps:

  • Line 3-1/2-to 4-cup bowl or mold with plastic wrap, allowing excess wrap to extend over sides. Set aside.
  • In medium bowl gently stir together cream cheese and tomato. Set aside.
  • In food processor bowl combine basil, parmesan cheese, parsley, pine nuts and garlic. Cover and process until very finely chopped. With food processor running, slowly add oil through feed tube. Process until mixture is consistency of soft butter.
  • Spread one-third of cream cheese mixture in prepared bowl. Top with one-half of basil mixture. Repeat layers. Spread remaining cheese mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  • On serving plate invert bowl. Remove plastic wrap. Garnish with tomato and fresh basil, if desired. Serve with crackers.

1 jar (6-1/2 ounces) marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/3 cup roasted sweet red peppers, drained and chopped
2 packages (8 ounces each) reduced-fat cream cheese
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • Pat artichokes and peppers dry; set aside. Line a 3-cup bowl with plastic wrap. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth. In another bowl, combine the artichokes, peppers and parsley., Spread a third of the cream cheese mixture into prepared bowl; top with half of the artichoke mixture. Repeat layers. 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon sour cream, divided

1 tablespoon minced chives
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 cups ground fully cooked ham
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps:

  • Line a 9x5-in. loaf pan with plastic wrap. In a large bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, sour cream, green pepper and hot pepper sauce. A recipe that sounded good, but I altered to my personal taste! I like this with crackers, or those soft bread squares. Heck, cut up plain bagels might work also! Since my Dad loves blue cheese, that drew me to this recipe right away!

24 oz cream cheese, softened (3 packages)
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1 Tbsp minced cilantro
1/4 c sour cream
1 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp minced parsley
1 Tbsp minced chives
1/2 tsp black pepper (i omit)
1/2 c chopped walnuts (i use chopped pecans, i like it better in this recipe)
onion flakes or chopped fresh onion to taste (one of my additions)
accent if needed (one of my additions)

Steps:

  • 1. On serving plate spread 2 packages cream cheese into 8 inch circle. Combine blue cheese, 1/4 c sour cream, parsley, cilantro, chives and pepper until blended. Spread over cream cheese layer to 1/2 inch of edges. Beat remaining cream cheese and sour cream until smooth, spread over blue cheese to 1 inch of edges. Sprinkle with walnuts just before serving.
