LAYERED BLUE CHEESE SPREAD
A recipe that sounded good, but I altered to my personal taste! I like this with crackers, or those soft bread squares. Heck, cut up plain bagels might work also! Since my Dad loves blue cheese, that drew me to this recipe right away!
